In case of a forwarding mail I think first we should see what we are forwarding. If we are forwarding an official mail or an important mail, then it should be forwarded with the header information (original sender, date of sending etc.). In case of forwarding a group mail, as you know we should remove unnecessary text, links etc. Also some group mails comes with lots of email address (which you marked as "viral" mail). In these cases I think we should remove the header, just put a line "Source: example.com" and remove unnecessary email addresses. We should not forward mails which we think are "viral". @Himel Bhai
